When my mother had a plan to visited us here in Jakarta (two weeks ago), i told her not to forget to brought me yeast for Tape Ketan (fermented glutinous rice).
But she did'nt. Cause she can't found the seller on that day :(
However she brought me a kilos of glutinous rice instead of a yeast. Hahaha.. LOL!! *mo dipake buat apaan bu?*
And now, i'm totally confused.. what i suppose to do with those kilos of glutinous rice??
Yes! Glutinous rice, not glutinous rice flour.

Since i'm craving for Lupis Ketan for soo.. long, last night, while my husband and little R were fall asleep.. i'm busy in the kitchen making the cake.
I don't have banana leafs to wrapped it, so i use plastic bag. *gilingan ya*
And the result is... not turn out well :( i mean the taste not the packaging. The taste was plain, need a little bit salt..
But its ok, because this is my very first experience.
